In accordance with the banking regulations of The Republic of Indonesia, payment by credit card shall be denominated in Rupiah. The conversion to Rupiah shall be made at the time of payment at the selling rate advised

Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation received within 14 days (for low season) and 21 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night charge or as advised for promotional & group rates.
- Any cancellation received within 7 days (for low season) and 14 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% charge or as advised for promotional & group rates.
- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival and No Show are subject to 100% of total room night reserved.
Children Policy
- Children 0 – 6 years old, free extra bed and free breakfast;
- Children between 6-12 years old, free extra bed; breakfast is charged 50% charge from normal breakfast rate US$12.5++
- Children above 12 years old considered as an extra person and subject to additional charge at US$50++ per person includes daily breakfast.
- For the ultimate peace and serenity of our guests, reservations for children under 12 years are not recommended.

Airport transfers - rates already include one vehicle per villa per airport transfer, however any additional vehicles required due to size or luggage will be charged at prevailing rates.
